Sidra Bell Dance New York has created an extensive creative and integrative pedagogical platform for emergent bodies and young artists. Bell has been invited to instruct at many elite training grounds for dancers ages 5-17 as a master teacher and choreographer around the world. These institutions include Arts Umbrella (Vancouver, BC), Ballet Divertimento (Montréal, QC), Laguardia High School of Music & and Performing Arts, Alonzo King LINES Ballet Summer Program (San Francisco, CA), Boston Conservatory at Berklee College Summer Dance Intensive, MOVE (NYC), Perry Mansfield (Steamboat Springs, CO), Peridance Capezio Center BLUEPRINT Intensive & Teen Intensive, MIP2® (MOVEMENT INVENTION PROJECT®), Canadian Children's Dance Theatre (Toronto, ON), DACPAC (Sunnyvale, CA), YoungArts Miami, Helens Dansskola (Lidköping, SE), Collage Dance Collective (Memphis, TN), New Jersey Dance Theatre Ensemble, Arts High School (Newark, NJ), Nor Cal Dance Arts, Visceral Dance Chicago Youth Company, Mark Foehringer Dance Project (San Francisco) and Steffi Nossen School of Dance (NY). Additionally Bell has guest taught at outreach and physical integration programs in public schools and for the state of New York including Riverbank State Park, Lehman High School, Albert Leonard Middle School. and New Rochelle High School.
