On December 8, 2001 Sidra Bell Dance New York produced its first production in Harlem, NY to sold out audiences. The company was founded with the mission of creating interdisciplinary live performance and educational programming. Since its founding SBDNY, Inc has created innovative performance and educational platforms that have spanned the globe.

 

We hope you will consider making a tax-deductible as we move into the creation of new work in 2024 as well as continued programming of our award winning MODULE Laboratory. Our goal is $5000 by December 31. We have the opportunity to receive matching funding from ArtsWestchester for donations received by December 31. The Art$WChallenge matching grant is opportunity for recent grantees to boost their operating income by attracting new contributions. Support from Westchester County Executive and the Board of Legislators enables ArtsWestchester to match new or increased money raised from now through December 31.
